How To Use Property Flyers

Property Flyers

  1. From the top navigation click the Followup tab, and select Property Flyers from the submenu.

  2. Select the Create Property Flyer icon. (Sidenote: If you would like to see a history of your newsletters select My Scheduled Property Flyers.)

  3. Name your Property Flyer and decide when you would like to send it. Click Next when done.

  4. Press the Select button next to the listing you wish to associate the flyer with.

  5. Browse the templates by category by clicking on the dropdown option. To preview a template simply click directly on the thumbnail image. To choose the template click the Select beneath the desired template. If you wish to use a blank template, press the Add a Blank Template button on the right.

  6. Type in a Label for your email template and an Email Subject.

    Note: Please don't change anything between !!! as those are auto generated merged fields.

    You may choose to save this template to your My Templates, which allows you to select this modified template for future use. You can save the template by checking the Save to My Templates box.

    We suggest that you preview the newsletter before proceeding to the next page. You can Preview your newsletter once it's edited and then select Next.

  7. After you press Next, you will be prompted to create a text version of your html based email. Click OK to continue or Cancel to continue without saving a text version.

  8. Select the desired contacts you would like to send the property flyer to.

  9. Please select Next. You will get a confirmation page of your property flyer.
