My Templates are email templates you may save and use in future campaigns, property flyers, newsletters, and e-cards.

You may edit and save any existing template or create a custom template using a blank email template.

Saving an existing email template to your My Templates section:
  1. Select HomeFollowup tab in the top navigation.

  2. Create a new campaign, property flyer, newsletter, or e-card.

  3. Select when and what type of mailing you would like to send.

    Examples:
Campaign » Create New Campaign or Predefined
    Property Flyer » Create New
    Newsletter » Create New
E-card » Now, Periodic, or Anniversary

  4. Press the Select button for the existing template of your choice.

  5. On the email template edit screen you will see the Save to My Templates option near the email subject field. Click the check box to save this specific template.

  6. Continue creating your new mailing, when finished click the My Templates link in the top navigation submenu.

You should now see your saved template.
From the My Templates drop down menu you now have three options:
  • Preview
  • Edit
  • Delete
