If you encounter this error when you are installing the "Showing Sync" application. "Please Wait While We Retrieve Your User List" Please follow these instructions to correct the issue.
1. Close the "Showing Sync" application completely by clicking on the "File" button and "Exit". Next open up your Internet Browser
2. For Internet Explorer users Select "Tools" and Internet Options. For Fire Fox users select "Tools" and"Clear Private Data"
3. Under the "Browsing History" section click on delete.
4.Make sure the boxes for "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are checked.
5. Click Delete.
6. Open the "Showing Sync" application and enter your account information to finish set up.
