Making Feedback Questions Required

You can make certain questions sent to showing agents required. Please follow these steps to make a default feedback question required.

Next click on the "Feedback Questions" tab in the sub menu.

On the next screen choose the question that you would like to make required, choose the edit function from the drop down menu and click "Go"

Check the box next to "A response is required for this question"

Click the "Save" button to finish the process.

You can also make questions required for specific listings. Before requesting feedback for the listing, follow these steps to make a question required.

After adding the listing to your account click on the "Listings" tab at the top of the screen.

Locate the listing on this page, and use the drop down menu to choose "Edit Feedback Questions"

On the next screen choose the question that you would like to make required, choose the edit function from the drop down menu and click "Go"

Check the box next to "A response is required for this question"

Click the "Save" button to finish the process.

Note: You must edit the questions prior to requesting feedback. If feedback has been requested the question settings can not be edited. To make the edits all previous feedback requests must be deleted.
