1.While logged into the account click on the "Survey" tab at the top of the screen
2.On the next page locate the survey to edit. Using the drop down menu select to "View/Edit Survey".
Here edit the survey questions using the drop down menu, select "edit" then click go. Once completed with any edits click save at the bottom the screen. The page will be then redirected to the survey questions to begin editing the next question. Once finished with all question edits click the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen.
3.Here edit the survey settings, this section can also be reached by selecting "View/Edit Settings" on the "Survey" page. The following can be edited;
oSurvey Name and Greeting
oSurvey Progress & Paging Preferences
o Survey Completion Settings
o My Notification Preferences
Once the desired changes are completed, click "Next".
4.On the next page create the survey invitation, this section can also be reached by selecting "Preview Survey". Once survey invitation is created click on the "Preview survey and select contacts" button at the bottom of the page. After previewing the survey click the "Select Contacts" button at the bottom of the page.
5.The next page will be the account contact list, select who will receive this survey. Use the search fields to locate contacts, once found check the box for the contact name to add them as a recipient. After the contacts have been selected click "Send Survey Invitations" at the bottom of the page to send the requests.
