Click on the "Followup" tab in the account and "Campaigns" in the sub menu.
Click on the icon for "My Scheduled Campaigns"
Select the campaign to edit from the list of scheduled campaigns. Using the drop down menu next to the campaign, select which one to edit.
·"View Transactions" is a record of the emails contained in this campaign. View what emails from this campaign have been sent, what emails have been opened, and if any bounced.
To view specific emails from the campaign use the drop down menu and again select "View Transactions".
In the "Filter and Search" section, use the filters to look for specific types of emails such as " ", "Show Opened" etc.
Beneath the search fields view the results, including who was sent the email, if they are subscribed, etc.
"Preview" pulls up a preview of the campaign
Use the "Next" button at the top of the preview to skip forward through the campaign.
At the bottom of the preview use the "Html Email" option to view the email in normal format, use the "Text Email" option to view the plain text version of the email.
"Choose Property" use this feature to select to associate this campaign with one of your active listings.
Click on the "Yes" icon to select the property from the active listings. Click "No" not to associate a listing to the campaign.
·"Edit Emails" section can be used to change the reorder the emails in the campaigns, edit specific emails in the campaign, change the amount of time between each email, etc.
In the "Campaign Email Templates" section change the order of the email by clicking on the specific email and then drag it up or down to the desired location. Also in the drop down menu select the "Move up, Move down" options to reorder.
To edit the day in which the email is sent after adding the contact to the campaign click on the box inside of the "Day" column, then type in the number of days. Then choose the number of days between each email sent for the remaining emails of the campaign.
There is also an ability to choose a specific hour to send each email on as well by clicking in the "1 Hour" field.
"Edit Email" will bring up the screen to edit the content of the email.
"The "Enter Email Details" section is where the email name and subject can be edited. Save this email as a template by checking in the box next to "Save to My Templates"
"Enter the HTML Content for your Multipart Email" Use this section to change the message body of the email. Do not change anything with inn the three !!!. Any changes that are made be sure to click on the "Convert HTML to Text" button beneath the "Enter the Text Content for your Multipart Email" Section.
Using the buttons at the bottom of the screen; preview, send yourself a test, save etc.
"View Summary" This will show the number of emails sent, how many subscribes etc.
"Edit Subscribers" This brings up the account contact list to add or remove contacts from the campaign.
In the contact list uncheck the box for the contact to remove them from the campaign, check the box to add them.
Check the box behind "Last Name" at the top of the list to select all contacts on that page. To select all contacts in list click on the "Select All x number of Items".
Save any changes at the bottom of the screen.
"Remove All Subscribers" This feature will unsubscribe all current contacts from this email campaign.
"Delete" will delete the campaign from your account.
