ACCOUNT
This section the user can edit their Profile, change Password, check Billing Histroy, and use the Getting Started menu. Profile is the section that allows the user to update any contact information about themselves including credit card info, plan add ons, subscription details, and email credits. Password is the section where users can change the password they use to login. Billing History shows all billing and transactions on the account. Getting Started is the section users can access the Marketing and Basic How-To Manuals. This section also includes Customizations features and Listing Presentation documents. In addition, we have included a .CSV file for importing contacts.

ADDRESS BOOK
The section used to Add, View, Import, and Customize user contacts. Add Contact is the section used to add a contact and edit their profile including noted, reminders, email campaign subscriptions, and anniversary notes. View Contacts is the sections used to search contacts with various search criteria. Import Contact List is the section used to import a list of contact, but the list must be in .CSV file format. The Customize section is used to customize the contact lists. This must be done before the list are imported.

Allow Seller to Add Showing
This allows the Seller to have the ability to add a showing.

Choose Seller Email Options
Here you can choose if you want to notify the Seller when feedback is given or if you want to review the feedback first.

CUSTOMIZATION
This section is used to customize the Seller View, Email View, and Default Emails. Seller View allows the user to add a company logo, agent image, and the background color that all sellers will see on the login page. This section also includes the Seller Link tab which can be used to select different images that provide the HTML code to be placed on a website. Email View the user can upload an agent image and also create a email signature that will appear on all email communications. Default Email allows the user to edit/view the default emails that we have created as standard communications to sellers and different agents and buyers.

EMAIL MANAGEMENT
This section is for the add-on package HomeFollowUp. It allows the user to send mass email to contacts using many different templates.. Campaigns the user has the option to create a new campaign, view statistics on scheduled campaign, or create a campaign using our pre-defines emails and can associate a listing with all. The Newsletter/Property Flyers the user can create a new newsletter/property flyer and has the choice to associate a listing or not. Also, the user can view statistics on scheduled newsletters/property flyers. E-Cards lets the user create e-cards for almost any occasion to send to contacts and to view statistics on scheduled e-cards. Web Forms lets the user create subscription pages that the user can place on personal website and associate the form to sebscribe to a certain campaign. Also, allows user to view past web forms.

FEEDBACK
The section used for all feedback request options. Request Feedback is the section used to request feedback from a list of the users listings. View Feedback Results is the section used to view individual and cumulative feedback response for all listings. Reporting is the section used to view and search all feedback requests sent. This section also incudes an Aggregate tab used to view all feedback requests sent to all listings. View/Edit Feedback Request E-mails & Questions is the section used to view/edit the 4 different categories of questions sent for feedback requests. Default Feedback Settings is the sections used to change the default settings for Showing Type and Contact Type. This section also allows the user to change the default number of feedback request emails sent and the intervals they are sent.

HOME
The dashboard of the site that lists all active, sold, expired, and sold listing. Also, allows user to use all action items for the listings.

Incentives
Create an incentive to entice those showing the property to respond to the Feedback Request. Either choose from the dropdown or type in your incentive. NOTE: It has been proven to increase Feedback Request response rates.

Link to Listing Info
This field you can cut and paste the link to a web-based listing information page. This will provide more information to the Feedback Request.

Listing Activity
Add activities you need to perform during showing and sales phase of the property. These activities are relayed to your Seller via their account to keep them posted on progress.

Listing Comments
Leave any necessary comments that you would like to have the Seller view when they login to their account.

Listing Documents
Upload documents that you think are pertinent to your Seller. Your Seller will have access to then in their seller login area and can save/download them.

LISTINGS
The section for Viewing, Adding, and Searching Listings. View Listing will forward user to the full listing page. Add Listing will forward user to the page to add a listing. Search Listings will forward the user to the page with search criteria for listings.

Map Code
Here you can enter the code found in the Thomas Guide mapping system.

Pending Seller Confirmation
This makes it to where the appointment will be pending the Seller approval before the appointment is set and appointment emails go out.

Seller Account View
Here can choose if you want your Seller to see the Feedback Request answers or not.

Seller Password
The Password that you assign to the Seller. This must be unique and it can be the same as the other passwords you have on other listings. We suggest making it easy for the Seller to remember. For example, (123456)

Seller Username
The Username that you assign to your Seller. It must be unique and we suggest something easy for them to remember. For example, (123FakeSt.)

Send Final Notification
This is a notification that goes out letting the Seller/Listing Agent know that the person who showed the property did not respond to any of the Feeback Requests.

Send Welcome Email
The email that is sent to the Seller that lets them know that you have set them up in Homefeedback.com. Also gives the instructions on how and where to login and use the system.

SHOWING CALENDAR
This section is used to view all listings and the individual showing calendars. The first section allows the user to search for a listing. The next section is used to view the listing and the Action Item to view that properties showing calendar.

Virtual Tour Link
This field you can cut and paste a web-based virtual tour link in to. This will provide addional information for the showing agent on the Feedback Request.
